I can't say as though I'm a big Michael Phelps fan... yeah he's gorgeous and he's an amazing athlete... blah blah I can't say as though I really care whether or not he smoked pot.  Yes, it's illegal and it's a banned substance but let's face it...

1. I have yet to meet or hear one person offended by recently released information
